  • Optima Manufacturing Inc. 2480 Pegasus Road Northeast Calgary, AB, T2E 8G8 Canada (map)

All Quality Discussion Group (QDG) events are free to attend and open to anyone (you do not have to be an ASQ Member) interested in participating in the discussion.

Topic:

Many companies are now transitioning to the latest ISO 9000 standard in which Risk is being highlighted. The concept of Risk in the traditional way of thinking may not be exactly how ISO looks at it.

So is Risk something new in the standard?

How can we comply with this requirement?

Where in the standard is Risk addressed?

This will be an interactive session and it is expected that the attendees will participate on some topic related dynamics discussions.
