SOLD OUT!  Visual Project Management Workshop:  SOLD OUT!
ASQ Calgary is offering a one day workshop on Visual Project Management techniques.  This workshop provides visual tools and a proactive method of communicating key project information that quickly highlights pinch points or problem areas. Concepts will be applied to real projects in the afternoon, therefore, participants should bring current or typical work breakdown structure of a project.

Our facilitators for this event from Lean Practitioners Canada are:

Anand Nicodemus - Professional Engineer and Lean Sensei  with extensive experience in Laying the foundation for Lean in Public Services.  With over 25 years experience in Lean and Six Sigma,  Anand brings his experience of Visual Management to the world of Capital Projects.

Nino Mebuke - Certified professional in Lean Six Sigma and Change Management and a graduate with distinction in the Lean Six Sigma program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), experienced in food manufacture and medical services.

Lori Coon -  Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP) with a certificate in Lean Management from Mount Royal University, experienced with the implementation of Lean in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.

Suzy Moutinho - Senior management professional whose career spans the railroad, telecommunications and energy industries, primarily in transformational roles in both operations and human resources.
