About The Speaker

Imad Al-Murib is a lean black belt and business transformation consultant with over 10 years of experience in applying the Lean methodology to the Service Sector such as finance, hospitals, IT, hotels, and government services.
Imad is one of the pioneers in linking Lean methodology with Business Transformation and Digitization, creating a patent framework to streamline this transformation.
In the past, Imad had held different positions including PMO office and the VP of Service Support and Continuous Improvement in the financial sector.  He is currently operating a management consultancy firm, Lean Vector, where he is introducing a new concept in implementing Lean projects.
