Event Title: Showcase Your Organization’s Quality & Improvement Success through ITEA

Organizations that manifest outstanding quality and improvement, have teams that produce outstanding results.  Whether your organization exemplifies excellence in continuous improvement or desires to learn from the best, the International Team Excellence Award (ITEA) is a great way to either gain recognition for your organization’s continuous improvement process, or to use as a benchmarking opportunity.  The ITEA competition is a key feature at the annual ASQ World Conference on Quality & Improvement, where organizations from all over the globe demonstrate their team-based improvement efforts, share best practices and lessons learned.  In this presentation you will learn the basics of the ITEA criteria, which can either be used as a guideline to submit an entry for your organization, or employ as a framework for effective, team-based quality and improvement programs.
