Employee Engagement and Ownership in Quality Management System
Event Description
This discussion group will explore what motivates people to actively participate. Do employees simply work within the requirements of a quality system or are they actively participating in the companies well being. How we engage our employees will be what we are going to explore and solicit feedback as a group. Bring your ideas and best practices to share for the potential benefit of all.Expertise can come from potentially unlikely sources. What would this really old picture have to do with quality participation?
