ASQ Calgary Successfully Conducted Strategic Planning Sessions

In April, eighteen ASQ members (ASQ Executive and non-Executive) gathered at DeVry (after work) to go through the Strategic Planning Process, facilitated by Jim Roscoe, Government of Alberta.
ASQ Executive Committee was pleasantly surprised by the overwhelming support from the ASQ community when a request to participate in shaping the future of ASQ Calgary was posted on the ASQ website. On 18th Nov, Dr Alastair Muir presented a City of Calgary improvement project at the Canadian Danish Club. It was well received by ASQ members and non-members.
From the record number of people registering for this dinner event, the organizer knew the interest and expectation were high on this topic "Lean Six Sigma & Politics". Dr Alastair Muir delivered an engaging session, meeting or exceeding 97% of attendees' expectation.
